This panel will discuss the evolution of pricing and capacity in the D&O Insurance market, specifically touching on all the major access points: US, London and Bermuda. It will also offer insight into the panelists’ thoughts for what 2024 and beyond will look like, including the major catalysts that will get us there.
This panel will dive deep into recent Other Liability Claims Made (OLCM) segment performance trends including Loss Ratios, Reserve Development, Rate Adequacy and Tail Risk and dissect the core catalysts that have driven general underperformance in recent underwriting years. The panel will then look ahead to determine if the segment has made the necessary remedial adjustments that will insure future profitability and stability in the market or if additional adjustments are required.

This session provides a rare opportunity for the industry insiders to hear from the biggest constituents of insurance – the purchaser, the people/entities that purchase the product. In this session we will address topics such as: Expectations at the time of purchase, costs/premiums and rate, overall communications, claims handling, responsiveness; as well as the characteristics of the carriers/brokers/attorneys that do it right and those that do not.

This presentation will explore what, if any, impact ESG/DEI issues continue to have on corporate America from c-suites to boards of directors. In so doing, we will explore what constitutes present day ESG/DEI, terminology surrounding ESG and DEI, advancements and blowback emanating out of these areas of concern. We will discuss the continuing judicial and statutory relevance and why ESG/DEI concerns remain relevant areas of inquiry for D&O carriers and the insurability of companies.
This presentation will provide an understanding of the current landscape of securities litigation both in terms of recent developments in case law and a practitioner’s perspective of how cases are resolving from the perspective of the plaintiffs’ bar, the defense bar and the D&O insurer.
