Meredith Frick is the Director of Risk Management of Marsh McLennan. She leads the Risk Center of Excellence within Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs. Her responsibilities include managing the enterprise risk management strategy, risk assessment process, compliance monitoring plans, and related activities of the Company. She also oversees the insurance risk management function where she is responsible for identifying key risks and developing solutions for managing them.

Prior to transitioning to Marsh McLennan in 2017, she worked at Marsh for 14 years, most recently as a Senior Vice President and team leader within the FINPRO Financial Institutions group, where she was responsible for the strategy, structure, coverage analysis and placement of financial lines insurance programs for banks, investment advisors, insurance companies, and professional services firms. Meredith is the recipient of the 2021 Hot 100 Award from Insurance Business America and the 2011 Financial Institutions Power Broker Award from Risk and Insurance Magazine. She graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance.
