Jennifer serves as the Chief Client Officer for Aon’s Financial Services Group (“FSG”).  In this role, she is responsible for driving the large and complex client strategy for Aon FSG nationally, including sales and retention strategies, innovation, and advancing the market’s service and efficiency model for this segment. In addition to her CCO role, Jennifer acts a strategic advisor on several large, multinational FSG clients, helping them understand how best to approach and utilize the management liability market to build sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective programs that meet their risk management objectives.  She is also a member of FSG’s National Executive Council. 

Jennifer’s specialties include Directors & Officers Liability for large private and publicly traded companies, Employment Practices Liability and Wage & Hour Insurance, Fiduciary Liability, Crime Insurance, and various Professional Liability products (errors & omissions).   

Due to her extensive work in the retail industry, Jennifer serves as FSG’s national industry practice leader for the retail industry.  In this role, she helps FSG brokers around the country navigate retailer specific issues and coordinates growth opportunities in the retail space. 

With over 25 years of experience in management liability broking, Jennifer’s experience includes various positions with FSG in both Minneapolis and Chicago working with clients in most industry sectors. 

Jennifer was selected as a 2021 Retail Power Broker by Risk & Insurance. 

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.
