Marty Kaminsky (Panelist)

Martin I. Kaminsky is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Greenberg Traurig.
Previously, Marty was trial and appellate counsel in contract, securities, commodities, regulatory, antitrust, employment, and professional malpractice matters, representing public companies, commodity and securities exchanges, law and accounting firms, and their principals in litigation resulting in over 150 reported decisions. Marty was also counsel to the boards of directors of exchanges and public companies.
Marty has frequently lectured at meetings or conferences of U.S. and international bar associations, business associations, insurers and other professional groups. He is the author of more than a dozen law review articles on business law, legal malpractice, litigation, procedure and related subjects.
Marty is a former Village Justice of the New York court system, with several opinions in New York Miscellaneous Reports and other case reporting services. He was also an adjunct professor at Seton Hall Law School.
Marty is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Law School.
