Since 2010 Marshall has been responsible for directing the strategy, product development and overall profitability for all market segments within the Financial Institutions space. Over that same period Starr has grown to be one of the most consistent and reliable markets for Financial Institution risks with a particular focus on large and complex risks with a need for manuscript solutions. 

Prior to his time at Starr, Marshall held various roles within the Financial Institutions division of AIG from 2004-2010 specializing in national sized and alternative asset management risks.
