Letoyia Horton is the Claims Focus Group Leader for Beazley Group’s Employment Practices Liability team.  She manages a national team of claims managers.  She handles complex employment claims involving a myriad of issues, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, COVID-19, and a host of other workplace issues.  Prior to joining Beazley, Ms. Horton represented domestic and foreign insurers in complex coverage litigation in state and federal courts.  She is a trained mediator.  Upon completion of law school, she completed a federal clerkship for The Honorable James R. Spencer, United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.  Ms. Horton is a member of the bar in Georgia and New York.
