Cassandra Ferguson

Cassandra Ferguson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer of RSUI Group. She previously served as Vice President and Unit Leader of the Management Liability Claims Unit. Cassandra started with RSUI in December 2002.   

Prior to joining RSUI, she was an associate at the second largest defense firm in Tennessee where she handled employment law and medical malpractice matters. Cassandra came to RSUI with substantial exposure to litigation, negotiation and complex substantive analysis through her prestigious positions as a judicial clerk for both federal and state court judges, and as an attorney.  

Cassandra holds a Masters’ Degree in Employment Law and is also a licensed mediator. 

Cassandra is the Founder and Board Chair of Savanna’s Girls, a non-profit organization established in 2017, with the goal of empowering young women through mentorship, leadership development, and life skills training. When she is not working, she spends her weekends mentoring Savanna’s girls, biking, traveling or reading.
