Can insurers make money in the management and professional liability underwriting spaces? This panel will discuss why we are seeing price increases, particularly as to certain products and customer segments (e.g., D&O and IPOs); the “staying power” of these increased pricing trends and the chances they will spread to other products and customer segments. We will also look at the marketplace through the lens of buyers and brokers, many of whom have never experienced a marketplace like this one.
