Alexis is a Vice President within Aon’s Financial Services Group. Alexis’ areas of expertise include Directors and Officers Liability, Managed Care Errors and Omissions, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Commercial Crime, and Kidnap and Ransom. Alexis works as a part of a brokerage team that designs and negotiates insurance program placements for a wide variety of clients with global operations. Alexis services and advises clients specific to Executive Liability through marketing & broking activities, coverage analysis, limits adequacy analysis, and claims advocacy.

While Alexis has expertise in several sectors, her broadest experience is within Healthcare organizations, spanning from PBMs to large nonprofit health systems and managed care organizations to payors in the Fortune 500. Alexis brokers on behalf of multiple major organizations in the Healthcare sector and serves on the Financial Service Group’s Healthcare Center of Excellence.

Prior to joining Aon in 2017, Alexis worked as a research analyst at an economic consulting firm where she evaluated antitrust violations, damages calculations, and financial valuations of assets in legal engagements that resulted in multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.

Alexis earned a Bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College in Mathematics and Economics. Alexis is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
