Steven P. Walsh is a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Berkley Professional Liability, an operating company of Fortune 500 and Ward’s 50 property and casualty insurer, W.R. Berkley Corporation. Berkley Professional specializes in management, professional and transactional liability insurance for public and private commercial entities and financial institutions within the United States of American, Canada, and internationally through W/R/B underwriting Syndicate 1967 at Lloyd’s of London.

Steven joined W.R. Berkley in October 2008 after a 12 year career at AIG, where he held a succession of underwriting and management positions both in public and private management liability areas. Steven ultimately served as President Corporate division of AIG executive Liability, where he was responsible for running AIG’s management liability portfolio of companies under $500M in revenue throughout the United States and Canada. Steven graduated from the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Finance.
