Rob is a Principal Broker at ARC, managing a team of brokers that handle many of ARC’s largest publicly-traded accounts. Rob has over 30 years of experience both structuring and placing D&O liability coverage for public companies, including specializing in difficult to place risks such as IPOs, reverse mergers, companies with securities litigation and/or financial issues. Rob also serves as ARC Chief Sales Officer, whereby he oversees ARC’s growth initiatives with ARC’s trading partners, as well as coordinates ARC’s brokers learning and development.

Prior to joining ARC in 2001, Rob spent 12 years at large international insurance brokerage firm as a Senior Vice President of their Executive Liability Division.

Rob received a Bachelor of Science from St. John’s University. Rob also holds a 100 GRT Masters Captains License with the United States Coast Guard.

Rob is a frequent speaker at various risk management forums on various topics relating to Management and Professional Liability Insurance Coverages. Rob is also an active member of the Board of Directors for The PLUS Foundation where he currently serves on the Executive Committee. Rob also actively serves on the Board of Directors of two other not-for-profit organizations.
