Cathy joined Aon in April 2016 after twenty–seven years with Chubb Specialty Insurance where she held a number of senior leadership positions including Global Errors & Omissions Product Manager, Global Employment Practices Liability Product Manager, Fiduciary Product Manager for Financial Institutions and additional management roles in New York and Washington, DC. Her responsibilities included profit and loss of the portfolio, underwriting and marketing strategies, product development, emerging trends, and loss prevention. Cathy has been a speaker on industry panels including those sponsored by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society, Risk and Insurance Management Society and the American Conference Institute National Forum on Employment Practices Liability.
