Chief Information Security Officer
Mike Convertino has established himself as a successful cybersecurity senior executive who has earned his stripes in the trenches. Convertino joined Resilience as its Chief Security Officer in January 2020. Prior to joining Resilience, Convertino served as Chief Information Security Officer at Twitter, where he was responsible for protecting the popular social media platform from direct hacking threats. Prior to that, he served as F5 Networks’ first CISO and later its vice president and CTO of Security Products. Convertino was also an early employee at a startup called Crowdstrike, which provides next-generation protection for PCs, went public in 2019 and now has a market capitalization of over $50 billion. Before that, he was Microsoft’s Senior Director of Network Security. He is also a retired USAF Colonel and former Commander of a cyberwarfare unit.
