Kelly B. Castriotta is the Global Executive Underwriting Officer, Cyber for Markel Corporation, responsible for leading Markel’s underwriting strategy for emerging risks, including cyber, tech, and AI. She is the founder of Markel’s Global Artificial Intelligence Task Force, which leads sustainable utilization, adoption, and investment framework for artificial intelligence. Kelly is also a Board Advisor for RiskProfiler, a world-class external attack surface management platform. 

Kelly has a diverse background, including leadership positions in risk management, innovation, product development, underwriting, claims, and coverage litigation. A published author, Kelly has been quoted in the New York Times and Reuters. Kelly won the Business Insurance 2020 Breakout Award.
